We are committed to driving a green and sustainable transformation, ensuring that ESG principles are integrated into the group’s business operations.
Under the leadership of the “Sustainability Committee,” we have fully initiated the transformation across three major ESG dimensions. This process begins with building a consensus on sustainability among all employees. The group has established dedicated personnel in the Sustainability Office to implement sustainability trends and identify risks, while also focusing on fostering and internalizing a shared commitment to sustainability among its workforce.
Additionally, a cross-group Sustainability Committee has been established to engage comprehensively in various aspects, including environmental sustainability projects, social care and industry-academia collaboration, innovative customer services, supply chain management, and sustainable governance.
